We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who's eager to make an impact. You'll be involved in all stages of the design process and will have a real voice in shaping the products we're building.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conceptualize, define and design product features from start-to-finish across mobile and web platforms
Develop effective design solutions based on research, member insights, and industry best-practices.
Assist in user research: Participate in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and help the team gather and synthesize insights.
Present design concepts and clearly communicate design intent through design specs and presentations
Utilize your visual design skills to assist in giving designs a visual polish.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment.
Support the design team with day-to-day tasks.
Help set the foundation for our design system and product patterns.
Share work early and often for wide visibility and alignment.
You are based in Egypt and willing to commute to our office in Skeikh Zayed.

Must Have

Minimum 3+ years of experience working in product design/UX roles
Track record for delivering end-to-end solutions from initial concepts to measurable outcomes
Expertise in mobile and web UX best practices across iOS, Android, and responsive web
Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Stellar visual design skills and a deep understanding of UX and UI principles
Proficient in working as a consumer of components from our design systems, auto-layout, building components, and prototyping
Familiar with user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.)
Ability to create simple animations or micro-interactions (e.g., using Figma or After Effects)
You’re a good collaborator who communicates clearly and works well in a small team.
You enjoy mentoring and supporting junior teammates.
You’re also comfortable taking initiative and working independently, especially in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with early-stage startups or building products from scratch
Familiarity with building design systems
