We are looking for a Software Architect to design and develop embedded software architectures for Automotive applications in domains such as ADAS, Body, Powertrain, Cockpit, and Connectivity. This role involves defining software architecture, developing software requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards like AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and functional safety. The ideal candidate will collaborate with requirements engineers, function owners, and cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance embedded solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have

You must be based in Europe or Egypt
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded C automotive software development
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Architect, working with ASPICE process SWE.2
Strong experience with embedded operating systems (RTOS)
Experience in automotive functional safety (ISO 26262) and security
Proficiency in vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet TCP/IP, Diagnostics)
Experience in software architecture design, including requirement analysis and low-level software development
Ability to create and interpret diagrams, charts, schematics, software architecture, and test specifications
Proficiency with Enterprise Architect for software modeling

Nice-to-Have

Understanding of electronic designs
Experience with defect tracking and version control tools (Easy Redmine, Tortoise SVN, GIT)
Familiarity with SPICE, CMMI, or equivalent software development process models
