We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist in recruitment and general HR tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated to gain hands-on experience in tech recruitment and human resources within an international, fast-paced environment.

*Please note that candidates with more than one year of experience will not be considered in the process, as this is an internship position.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain the internal recruitment database.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Write job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn.
Support in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing documents.
Participate in Recruitment/HR initiatives, and team-building activities.

Requirements

This role is specifically for recent graduates or final-year students in Human Resources or related field. No required experience.
You must be based in Egypt and willing to commute to our office in El Sheikh Zayed City, Cairo, from Monday to Friday.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) is a must.
Motivated to learn and proactive in taking initiative.
Adept to a fast-paced environment with problem solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sourcing and networking is a nice to have.
Strong interest in technology and tech recruitment.
