The Role

We're looking for a hungry, creative, and resourceful Marketing & PR Specialist to own our brand presence — online and offline. This is not a task-execution role. You'll build strategy from scratch, create content, plan events, and directly shape how Smarterminds shows up in the market.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms
Create compelling content that builds brand awareness and engagement
Plan and manage events to grow our community and visibility
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Manage and grow our PR presence and media relationships

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business, or related field
Fluent in both Arabic and English — written and spoken
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
Exposure to PR work — through a job, volunteering, or events
Creative, organized, and a natural problem solver
Can demonstrate tangible results: online growth, lead generation, or revenue impact
