In parallel, we develop smarterapps, tailor-made AI solutions for external clients who want to automate processes, enhance decision-making, or integrate AI into their core operations.

We are looking for a Senior Software Tester to join our team as the first dedicated tester for our AI-powered product, smarterATS. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, identifying bugs, and validating fixes, directly supporting developers and shaping the baseline testing practices for the company.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across the product
Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality
Establish and document baseline testing workflows and processes
Log, document, and track bugs using Jira or GitHub Issues
Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and releases
Support release cycles to maintain product stability
Participate in sprint planning and Agile activities

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
3–5 years in software testing / product testing
Skilled in manual testing, with exposure to Selenium or Cypress
Familiar with API testing tools: Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI
Comfortable using Jira and GitHub Issues for bug tracking
Knowledge of full-stack applications: JavaScript, React, Node.js
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluent in English and able to work with cross-functional teams
Holding testing certifications is a plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus
