We are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate embedded software development activities across automotive projects. You will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and ensure software development aligns with product specifications, timelines, and budget. This role bridges technical leadership with people management, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions in a structured, process-driven environment.

Requirements

Must-Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Candidates must be located in Europe
Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects in a high-tech industry, preferably automotive
Minimum 3 years experience working in ASPICE-compliant environments, including participation in ASPICE project cycles and familiarity with CL2 or CL3 requirements
Experience with MS Project for planning and tracking software development activities
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across different time zones and align resources with project goals
Familiar with Agile methodologies in automotive environments
Capable of implementing SUP.9 and SUP.10 processes
Excellent English communication skills, including writing technical documents and reports
Ability to liaise with customers on both technical and conceptual levels

Nice-to-Have

Experience in Digital Cluster or IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) system development
Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive Platform
Embedded C/C++ development experience and understanding of RTOS concepts
Familiarity with basic automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN)
PMP or similar project management certification
ISO 26262 Functional Safety training
Experience with requirements and configuration management tools such as Jama, Jira, SVN, Git, Confluence
