We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize the deployment and operation of a complex, enterprise-grade SaaS platform.

You will ensure the system is scalable, reliable, and secure, and collaborate closely with developers, QA, and the Technical Architect to implement best practices for CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and compliance.

This is a hands-on role where you will design and maintain automated pipelines, cloud environments, and operational tooling that supports the entire platform lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for backend services, AI workflows, and dashboards.
Manage and provision cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for development, testing, and production environments.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability and performance.
Enforce security best practices, including encryption, access control, and audit logging.
Collaborate with developers and Technical Architect to ensure deployment processes align with system architecture.
Automate operational tasks, including deployments, backups, scaling, and recovery.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and risk.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or similar).
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
Experience collaborating with development and QA teams on deployment and operational processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for production systems.
Fluent in English
You must be based in Cairo and willing to commute to our office in Sheikh Zayed.
