Responsibilities

Own core development of SmarterATS platform, ensuring stability and scalability.
Design, implement, and maintain new features, improvements, and bug fixes across the full stack.
Make key technical decisions and set engineering standards for architecture, code quality, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions to clients.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.
Proactively identify and resolve system risks or bottlenecks, ensuring product reliability.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
5+ years of full-stack development experience with production systems
Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
Experience with AWS and cloud platforms
Hands-on experience in code refactoring
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and API development
Proficient in PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modeling and query optimization
Familiarity with System Design principles and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Ability to guide and collaborate with junior/mid developers
Fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
You must be based in Egypt and willing to commute to our office in Cairo, Sheikh Zayed.
