SmarterMinds is a fast-growing international startup with offices in Belgium and Egypt, building innovative AI-driven products and providing embedded software consultancy for major European clients.

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to play a key role in our next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract top engineering talent and help shape how we scale our team in Egypt. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your work directly impacts company expansion.

You’ll join an international, fast-paced environment with real ownership, visibility, and opportunities to grow quickly alongside the business.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
Proactively source candidates using Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Create attractive job ads and support in Employer Branding
Conduct screening interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
Track recruitment KPIs
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and bring fresh ideas to enhance candidate experience

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
1–3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
Understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple open roles in a fast-moving environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
You must be based in Cairo and willing to commute to our office in Sheikh Zayed
